Welcome to Retreat LLC, a meditation and breathwork platform. By using our website and mobile app, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
1. Subscription and Payment
1.1 Subscription Fee: Users will be charged $12.99 USD per month or $99.99 USD per year for access to our platform, payable via credit card or other accepted payment methods.
1.2 Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. There are no refunds for partial months. Cancellation will cease billing for the following month.
2. Intellectual Property
2.1 Ownership: All content on our platform, including text, images, and videos, is our property or used with permission. You may not reproduce or distribute it without our explicit consent.
3. Assumption of Risk
3.1 Breathwork and Meditation Disclaimer: Retreat LLC does not provide medical, psychological, or professional advice. By using our platform, you acknowledge that breathwork and meditation involve physical, mental, and emotional elements. You assume any and all risks associated with these practices. Retreat LLC is not responsible for any consequences, whether positive or negative, arising from your engagement with our platform's content or services.
By engaging with our services and creating an account, you acknowledge and accept the following;
i) The meditations, breathwork practices and visualizations provided by Retreat LLC are a deep and powerful process.
ii) You have taken into consideration of any physical injuries, mental or psychological conditions you may have and engage in this experience willingly and take full responsibility for your own physical, mental, and emotional experiences during and after any use of the platform.
iii) You release and and hold harmless Retreat LLC from any and all results that arise during or from the practices available on the Retreat LLC platform. You waive all rights under law regarding the same. You or your representative(s) agree to full release and hold Retreat LLC harmless from and against any and all claims or liability of whatsoever kind or nature arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.
iiii) You hereby confirm that you have read and understood the above information and attest that your general health is good to participate.
3.2 Contraindications
Retreat LLC practices are intended as a personal growth experience and should not be looked upon as a substitute for psychotherapy. It is not appropriate for pregnant women, for persons with cardiovascular problems, including angina or heart attack, high blood pressure, glaucoma, retinal detachment, asthma, osteoporosis, history of seizures, stroke, major psychiatric conditions, recent surgery, acute infectious illness, or epilepsy. If you have any doubt about whether you should participate, please consult with your primary care physician.
4. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using Retreat LLC, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue using our platform.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1 Exclusion of Damages: Retreat LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profit.
6. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We may update these Terms and Conditions. The latest version will be posted on our platform with a revised "Last Updated" date. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notifications.
